NearYouu respects your privacy. You can request deletion of your NearYouu account and personal information at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1 — In-app deletion
If account deletion is available inside the NearYouu app, you can delete your account directly by following this path:
Option 2 — Manual deletion request
You can request deletion by contacting NearYouu support through the official support method below.
Please provide:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number or email
- A clear request stating “Delete my NearYouu account and personal data”
Your identity may be verified before deletion to protect your account from unauthorized requests.
What Will Be Deleted
When your verified request is processed, we will delete:
- User profile information
- Saved contact details
- Booking/request history where legally permitted
- Saved preferences
- Account-related personal information
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, accounting, regulatory, or legitimate business obligations.
Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days, subject to legal or regulatory retention requirements.
Confirmation
You may receive confirmation after your deletion request has been completed.
